Celebrate Food Allergy Week 2015 with 10 Free Videos

A year has passed and here we are at Food Allergy Awareness Week 2015!

As a community, we’ve made tremendous strides – improved laws, held events, raised awareness and yet — when I see surveys showing that allergy awareness is still low and that most people would not know what to do if someone had an allergic reaction, I realize there is more work to do.

A recent survey of Australians showed that 86 per cent don’t know the signs and symptoms of a severe allergic reaction, and 98 per cent do not know that the condition can be life-threatening.

Last year I went on a rant and made a spontaneous video about allergy awareness. Many people without food allergic little people told me they learned a lot from it and it changed the way they thought and behaved.

This year, I’d like to give you a gift.

The first 10 videos of the AllergyBytes Food Adventure Workshop are yours to watch – for free.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • Is your family’s diet normal? Surprising changes in human diets
  • What we know about food allergies
  • Why childhood is a critical period that sets the foundation for a lifetime of health
  • The power of food
  • How to avoid the 5 worst food offenders
  • The fat that reduces inflammation and anxiety, while helping brain and heart
  • A magic spice
  • What are the best sweeteners for children?

(Note: Our Food Allergy Awareness Week giveaway is now over.)

If you’re wondering what you could learn from the entire course – I’ll list the full curriculum below. In fact if you put in your email (which I will never sell, rent or do anything schmucky with), I’ll later send you the info for “Discover an eye-opening fact about children with food allergies that your doctor hasn’t told you!”

In the meantime, what are you waiting for? The 10 videos are only free for two weeks! Seriously.

Here’s to Food Allergy Awareness Week 2015!
